We had a wonderful experience at Franco Manca, thanks to the lovely service we received. Kinga, our server, was incredibly patient with all our (admittedly a bit obnoxious) requests and accommodated us with a smile. She was kind and attentive throughout. We also noticed Gosia, who seemed to be a manager — and a very good one at that. She had a calm and confident presence, stepping in to support Kinga when needed without hovering. It really made us feel relaxed and well taken care of. Both women were absolutely lovely, but a special thank you to Gosia for making our experience feel extra warm and smooth. Thank you both!
Amazing food and service. We popped in on Weds evening and had pizzas 6. Chorizo and 7. Spicy Salami and they were the best pizzas we'd had in aaages. The service was efficent and had a good laugh with the waiter :-) Gutted that we're on holiday and can't have this great pizza all the time :-( Would definitely recommend

Excellent freshly made pizza from a wooden burnt oven. The taste is something you would also find in Italy. Thin crust, more then Enough toppings bit not overdone. Its what a pizza should be. Went with an Italian collegue, and he mentioned that is was close as how the would make it at home.

The Veg special was delicious! Enjoyed the Kalamata olives, spicy green peppers, and shallots on the mozzarella with the red piennolo tomatoes and tomato base . Was cooked perfectly in the pizza oven . The Tiramisu was the best that I’ve ever had! The atmosphere is great and the service was excellent. Try it out!
We visited Franco Manca in Plymouth to celebrate our anniversary, and it turned out to be a lovely surprise! The pizza was absolutely delicious—easily some of the best we’ve had—and the rest of the food was just as impressive. A special thank you to the manager, who took great care of us and made the evening feel extra special. Chef Eugine and Mary were fantastic, and their attention to detail really showed in the quality of the meal. Great atmosphere, warm service, and excellent food—highly recommended
I’ve been to many Franco’s but Plymouth has to be my favourite. Everything is always outstanding and it’s super clean too! The pizza is perfect I always ask for a crispy base and every time the lady who cooks it always gets it just right it’s perfect! Staff are always super friendly, can never do enough. I always choose this restaurant for pizza m. Thank you!
